When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Writing to VoxAid

At VoxAid, we encourage users of our site to send us by email their issues or problems. If you send your problem, we may paraphrase your question and post it on the web site, in the blog, a future book, or in a YouTube video. We will attribute the question to a “from,” – something like “Yvette from London.”

We do our best to respond to the emails that we receive from people using VoxAid, however, as you can imagine this can be a tall order due to the large amount of emails received. However, once a book is published, a new training course developed or we have new products available in our store, we reserve the right to use this list of emails to alert you that you a new book is out, a new training course is available, new products are now available or that some other significant event has happened at VoxAid.

Informative emails will only be sent to pitch something from the owner of the VoxAid web site, and will not be used to hawk 3rd party products. You are not going to start receiving spam based on sending your problem, issue or questions to VoxAid.
